We’re available online and over the phone (or via Skype) to dish out advice, sharp prices and look after your holidays, business travel and trips to pretty much anywhere for any reason.
Our crew work from all over the place – some from their home offices and some from a base in Napier in Hawke’s Bay, and some (like me) from wherever they happen to be at the time.
Travellers (that’s you) seem to like the idea of a travel website with lots of deals backed up by real people you can actually talk to – even after normal business hours. It seemed pretty obvious to us but the best ideas are usually the simple ones.

Kia Ora, I’m Charlie, and lucky enough to be working for TravelCafe based from home up in the winterless north of Kerikeri. I’m a Mum of 2 young children so it’s great to be able to work from home all hours of the day.
I’ve been in the travel industry for about 8 years now and absolutely love it. There’s always a new destination to learn about and favourites to revisit. I’ve travelled to Fiji, Cook Islands, Noumea, Vanuatu, Samoa, Tahiti, Hawaii, Bali, Malaysia, Singapore, Europe, UK, and Africa. Yes, I love those warmer countries.

It’s Sarah here, I have been a travel consultant now for 20 years. I have left the office now, had two children, and work from home as a broker which works very well. My children are at school and so I work most days and evenings as well as weekends. You can feel free to contact me anytime.

After leaving school I went to work in my Fathers Travel Agency so I guess you could say travel is in my blood.
I love to travel and my favourite destination is Sabah in Borneo. The wildlife was amazing. I have also recently had 5 days of R&R in the sun in Fiji.
Cruising is another one of my passions and I have been on most cruise lines when they have been in port in Auckland. I have cruised on Blue Lagoon, Captain Cook, P&O, & Princess. My favourite cruise line is Seabourn. My other passion is groups and conferences domestically and internationally it doesn’t matter how big or small.
