Internet Banking

Bill payments, one-off payments or automatic payments or bank deposit at any ASB Bank… here are our account details for payments:

Credit Card

Payment optionsJust email or phone us with the card type (Visa etc), number, expiry date and name on the card. For some transactions there is an additional fee of 2.5% (for Visa or Mastercard) or 3% (for American Express or Diners Card). We take Farmers Card and Q Card too – there is an additional fee for these cards of 2.5% plus an admin fee of $15 per booking.

We process all credit card payments through ASB’s secure online processing website. We login and enter your card details personally. If emailing your card details makes you nervous just ask us to give you a call, you can tell us the card number and we’ll handle the process online while you’re on the phone.

Cheque

Just make your cheque out to “TravelCafe” and pop it in the post to TravelCafe, PO Box 12, Shortland Street, Auckland 1142. Cheques take 5 business days to clear, so if you’re in a hurry for your travel documents we recommend Internet Banking or Credit Card instead. Please write your Booking Number or TravelQuote Number and your last name on the reverse of the cheque so we can match it to your booking.
