I asked Julia Blackburn for your email address as I would like to compliment her to her boss on the great service she has provided. I first came into contact with Julia when my lady, Louise, and II recently contacted Julia again for another ticket (this time for a conference in Budapest) and received the same fast efficient and friendly service - and at all times of the day and night. So, this email is to say thanks to Julia for being a great travel agent and that I will definitely be using TravelCafe, and contacting Julia, again in the future. Furthermore, I have recommended TravelCafe onto my boss who does a lot of travel herself. Hi Greg I have been dealing with Julia for our travel to Thailand, and I wanted to share some positive feedback about her excellent service. The speed of her quote and answering my questions got her the sale over another lady that we normally use.  The other lady took over a week to come back to us with an initial quote, and even then she still hasn't come back to me with the correct dates – and now I have already booked with Julia!  Her initial quote with the wrong dates did have the flight quoted very slightly cheaper, but it was the principle that made us want to book with Julia! She was fantastically friendly, clear with details and super prompt with all correspondence, so I just wanted to let you know.  We will be dealing with Julia with all our future travel.
